I haven't played anything by the people who are making the game so I have no reference to set my expectations to. The idea sounds intriguing though and I'm looking forward to hearing more about the game.

Oh yeah! It mentioned a few games that we are fans of, so it should be interesting what they come up with.
That image does look cool. that must be the hand of the fallen God/Lord? or maybe someone else entirely.
