      Default The old proc chance % chart

      Anyone still have that kicking around somewhere?

      it used to be here http://www.saunalahti.fi/~jpeltol/toohuman/charms.htm but the link is dead.

      For those who don't recall, it was this chart that started the rumor that fleshleech charms don't work because their proc rate was 0% on that chart. Ah, those were the good old days.
