After a few days back in the game, I can confirm that it is indeed business as usual.

And just a few minutes ago, the All Skills +1 rune FINALLY dropped for me. This is nothing short of miraculous considering my run of bad luck with this rune, which lasted since release date. I preordered this game and didn't get that rune till now. LOL @ lame drop rates!!

Started playing again, man I love this game. Started a new character ran through SP now just working on getting to level 50 and to the good stuff. Lost a usb drive that had 5 of my characters on it when I moved, SUCKS.
Hope it will turn up again at some point.

I have about 100 red runes spread over 3 chars, still dont have enough of the ones i want or enough of the Aesir pieces to use, starting t think duping isnt the anti-ODIN its tagged with considering the drop rates, i mean it IS only a game tbh ..

No, bad dog, sit... thats not the attitude to have lol it wont be as rewarding if you dupe.By rewarding I mean the feeling not the rune.

I agree. I mean eventually when I get all the gear maxed out and wouldn't care about drops anymore it wouldn't be anywhere near as much fun for me. However I do pretty much dupe in every other game and definately regret it in borderlands...

By now I think 99% of TH players dupe, it's just what the game has evolved into, but duping still doesn't guarantee that a noob can make a killer set of armor. It takes a while to figure out your playstyle and which runes to use in your sets, and maybe more importantly, which runes not to use because they are a waste of precious slots.
