      Have you ever wanted to play an android game on your TV? Well soon you might be able to Ouya is a new console idea that is based on Icecream sandwich and will be open source. They also plan on letting you play games for free for some period of time. Check it out on IGN.

      Do you think that this is a step forward on having consoles that would play all kind/brand of games, instead of the current model of Xbox, PS3, Wii, etc?

      Pretty neat, though I don't really care for games I would typically find on smartphones, as most seem to be missing half of the gaming experience. But regarless, this opens up a whole new world of gaming experience, that can be accessed by everyday people, not just those who know what cords you need to plug your phone into your TV.

      I think this will be the catalyst to change the industry. I have mine pre-ordered to support the cause. I believe they will need to make a more powerful console add Keyboard and mouse options native plus get some big name devs to get behind the idea and it will be the new box under everyone's TV.

      this looks pretty good from what i can tell, and from the price point it could be very sweet...i want to hear more about games though...
