there are so many items we don't know...until more facts come out this could be good or bad. I am waiting for the facts to come out that DD said would be released during the trial. Nothing came out except 4 player coop and the judgment itself.

Phukking pointless! Why? They're going to do nothing but make a worse name for themselves in the gaming community. The small group here that like TH is tiny when compared the giant community that hated TH/don't care about SK. They're not going to go up against a beast like Epic and win. This is not David and Goliath. It's just pointless. Crawl off to a corner, lick your wounds, regroup, make a new game.

Maybe they have a shot at appealing the damages awarded to Epic. But I can't see them winning an appeal on their original lawsuit.

As it has been said before, it's hard to say what the possible outcome may be unless any additional facts surfaces regarding the original trial.
But whatever SK decides to do, I'm supporting their decision. They can be a brilliant developer if they just get the chance and if the conditions are right. I still believe in them.

I don't know, but if they lose again, and they are out their own legal fees and possibly have to pay Epic's legal fees as well, then what do they have?

I mean, if they can win that's great, but I don't know how that's going to happen. I have to believe they are just digging themselves a deeper hole.
