I called it a long time ago that I would love to see what Guillermo Del Toro would do with a game and it looks like THQ is letting him do it. The game is called insane and it definitely looks like a horror game. I do wish he could have hooked up with SK though and used their sanity effects. It seems like that would be a perfect fit.

I'm all for anything he wants to do. I just wish his Hellboy wasn't so "cartoony."
(granted, I've heard that the movie studios rarely let him make the Hellboy pic he really wants to make. When I say rarely, I mean both times.)This is my signature.

I saw this on IGN last night. I am all for anything Del Toro does. I am sure he will create a very interesting world to get lost in.
I got excited during the week because I saw that Cronos is on Netflix now, and streaming! Been wanting to see it for awhile.

Apparently there was very little work done on it, it was very early in pre-production even after two or more years. I don't think anyone will be jumping at the chance to revive it, it isn't like you are going to get nearly finished assets and just push it to market that last bit (like Gearbox did with DNF).

Too bad but I figured the game was not moving ahead. I guess my trilogy announcement prediction was right. Hopefully if they make the movie they can get the game done or someone else may be interested.
