Mad props to him for moving down the list this year, Dennis claimed the #1 spot for 2008. I don't think Kotick deserves quite the amount of hate that he gets. Sure he is a greedy asshole, but he is honest about it. He doesn't try to hide it and make profit off of your ignorance. I really think he deserves points for that. He is the most honest, dirty conniving bastard out there.

I don't think Gabe Newell should be on there. He doesn't like the PS3 and he's been very honest about it.

Don't know why he was on the list in 08. He just talked about how much he loved his game. He didn't say stuff would be in it and then cut it, a la Fable (Oh, Peter, when will you learn to keep your mouth shut), he just was positive about it, and reviewers got WAY to excited for it, and didn't like it, because many are close minded or easily swayed by peer pressure.

And in this, yeah, hes optimistic about the future and games they'll be releasing. So douchebaggery now = optimism/glass pretty darn full? Yeah okaaay.

Denis, we still love your game. And want a sequel. Please.

He lies at every E3. I like that Geoff Keighly calls him out every year for it. Promises to make games for the hardcore, then a year goes by, and they haven't even announced anything, much less produced it.

Since Nintendo games pretty much sell themselves to the groundlings without any PR needed, his sole purpose at Nintendo is to inspire the loyalty of the old schoolers, and he does so by whispering sweet nothings to us, promises of returns to former gaming glory that carry no weight.
