You never know - they might incorporate a skill tree similar to that of a Paladin for the Barbarian. I am hoping they do at least because I too enjoyed the Paladin class. I always felt though that the Barbarian could just do everything better in the long run, aside from buffs/debuffs. Moar dee pee ess! So maybe we'll be allowed to go for a few different types of builds according to our preference? Ya just never know...
Honestly, I'm not very excited about this game anymore the gameplay is looking kinda subpar. With Skyrim and BF3 coming out this Fall too I won't even need to pick it up day 1.
wtver the case, im still 100% looking foward to this.
I always liked the Druid class. Not for his spells, which were kinda lame, but for the lycanthropy ability. Especially the werewolf, who was really fast, and got even faster if equipped with a fast weapon. I kind of glithced the game when I found some legendary/unique (it was gold) 2hd staff that normally had a very slow attack speed, but one of its attributes was "very fast attack speed". Combined with the Werewolf he did so much damage so fast it was crazy. I think I could kill Diablo in like, 3 seconds on Nightmare. Man I miss that game. Can't wait for them to release part 3.
You don't know the Power of the Dark Side...but your mom does.
lots of new classes & skill clips added.
hmm i havent been around in a while...
any one going to be playing this next mouth
sorry about the spelling, I have a spelling problem
I'm currently playing a lot of LOL, we're having a LOL 3x3 championship with my co-workers so I`m investing time on it
But I'm surelly looking forward to it, next month will be a good one, the project I am currently working in is a mess and will end at the end of april, next month there's the SK x EPIC litigation trial and also Diablo III is coming out! Come soon, may!!!
Thanks AKAtheDopeman!
I might, depends on how my money is then. Or I might get it for my birthday.
I am not planning getting this anymore, as much as it pains me to say. I have been in the "beta" (aka glorified demo where they barely listened to feedback) for a couple months and just don't like the directions they are taking, it also has some serious issues with the social aspects and limitations in how you can use it.
My major problems
- no modding allowed
- Always on connection required
- weak social system
- no ability to boot someone out of a game
- no pvp at launch
- removed enchanting from the game
- RealID giving out my real name all the time without my permission
- Real money AH with list fees, % cut on sale, and a fee for taking the money out of your BNet account via Paypal.
The gameplay is decent, I actually prefer the right/left click and 1-5 hotkey system to the Fkeys and l/r of the previous games but it isn't enough to overcome the mess of stuff above. I will definitely get it at some point but I won't be waiting in line at midnight as I had assumed over the past decade of waiting for a new Diablo.
I will be grabbing Torchlight 2 on steam as soon as that launches, $20, play how you want, and I would far rather support Runic who is putting out a game with what the fans want for $20 than a company that thinks they can do no wrong and is putting out a profit-seeking mess. Torchlight 2 probably has more people from the first 2 Diablo games working on it than Diablo 3 does anyway at this point.
other stuff I remembered, since the edit function on this forum no longer works for me... each of these significantly hurts either replay or connection to your character.
- no "boss runs", you need to farm champion packs to get buffs to get better loot from bosses
- respecs on the fly basically lets you play every version of your class whenever you want, at no cost. You can change specs on a per fight basis to always have the best effect
- static maps give less replayability
- no skill point allocation, it is automatic now, another lost way to customize your character to your playstyle
sorry to here that maw. If your not playing this because of no mods what do you think of the cloud saves for borderlands 2. I love the fact there will be mush less copying. Sep 18 cant come soon enough.
there are ways to boot people just not in beta. If you boot to often you boot button will get a cool down.
??? farm champions could you plz explain more.
??? real Id giving out name plz explain more.
no skill points but i am hoping runs in items help out with that.
real money will be a small but add +
thanks
sorry about the spelling, I have a spelling problem
There definitely will not be a way to kick people in the game at launch, it is confirmed by Blizzard, just as no PVP at launch is confirmed.

-Champion packs drop decent loot in D3, ie a creature with a pack of minions. When you kill one of those you get a buff that lasts until you log out (or possibly until you die, not sure) it increases magic find and gold drop when you next kill a major boss. This buff is stackable and you need 5 stacks to get the high end loot off the bosses. You can't just go kill bosses now you have to hunt maps for champion packs to get enough buff to make boss runs even worthwhile now. If you don't stack the buff bosses are pretty much worthless (they drop worse loot than the Champion packs without the buff) so there is no reason to even take on the coolest fights in the game.
- I have ReadID disabled in my BNet account. If anyone hovers over my character name in the UI in the beta my real name (first and last) pops up. That means anyone who hops in my game can see my real name, without my permission. If I invite someone to be a friend it uses my real name instead of my battletag. They said this is going to be fixed before launch but it took them weeks to even acknowledge it and they refused to help me when I called customer support online, Blizzard customer privacy support on the phone, or blizzard CS on the phone, telling me I could only report it in the beta forum on the D3 forums. I promptly did that and they ignored the thread for two weeks. Then another thread about it popped up and got more attention so they finally responded to it after 13 pages of complaints on that one.
The first was maybe a counter for the rushes that we did in Diablo2, maybe they think this is not a good way to play the game. I know I will miss the endless nights of boss runs.
The second is just ****ed up... how could they???
I got a pre-sale today, will receive a t-shirt but why blizzard keeps crushing my heart like that? First was the fact that there wonīt be a paladin in this game...
Thanks AKAtheDopeman!
HOW IS THERE NOT A THREAD FOR THIS ALREADY!?!?! This game is awesome!
I didn't see a thread, so of course if there is, direct me to it.
But I just got this game yesterday and ended the day beating act 1. Starting Act 2 in an hour or so but man is this game fun. Me and my roomie both got it and did co-op all throughout the first act. The new loot system is great. It's unique for everyone, so what you get is totally different than everyone else. That means that you could have something that is great for your friend and vice-versa and trade gear.
We're currently doing a witch doctor/monk combo and the two classes compliment each other nicely (I'm the monk). It's the closest thing to a paladin in this game but all classes are pretty bizarre.
So anyway I'm looking for some people that wanna play! This game honestly plays a lot like TH so I'm surprised traffic isn't back up for this game. Anybody else get it?
Actually, there is:

But I share of your excitement, I bought the box version in a pres-sale event here in BR which will be delivered 15-June... Canīt wait!! Still dreaming with the hours spent in the beta))
Thanks AKAtheDopeman!
Once I have a spare 60 to drop on it I'll hit you up BB.
trade in a couple games. i paid 30 haha
Anyone have a favorite class? I've only seen 3 in the thick of combat. I'm partial to the monk. Resilient, agile, deadly.
Diablo 3.
Three and a half million copies sold ... in the first freakin' day.
So what has Diablo 3 got that our favourite SK grinder hasn't got? More enemies for sure, but the combat is pants compared to TH.
Maybe it's because people really wanted to like Diablo 3 ... and really wanted to dislike Too Human.
[Big sword. Short Attention span.]
i was thinking something similar but, reading a few reviews it seems the game does loot, classes and combat really really well.
I love Too Human from all my heart and soul. I trully love it, one of the loves of my life, true history.
I think that Blizzard didnīt had to deal with all the problems SK had, problems causes bad publicity. While Blizzard confirmed that they were working on a sequel for diablo not looong ago, SK spent some years announcing TH for different platforms, and delaying it for the next big one. When it was finally announced for the xbox360, it still had more problems to face and overcome. This cycle of announcements, delays, problems and issues troubled Too Human.
Maybe people really wanted to hate it, we know that a lot of haters felt in love for TH in the long run, so maybe if a sequel is yet to come, it will be expected as much as Diablo 3 was.
Thanks AKAtheDopeman!
This game is awesome. But one thing is sure... you. will. die. A lot probably.
I just got to Nightmare difficulty with my main and its all fun and games until you get one-shotted by a champ across the screen. I love it though, cuz I rework my skills, then my guy is better than before and I go back and kick ***.
I'm pretty much addicted...
Oh GOD mine will arrive in 20 days or so...
Thanks AKAtheDopeman!
