Ok, so on Mastery runes those add +1 to whatever skill is listed, so if I have 9 points assigned it acts like 10 ( I know it seems like a dumb question but I want to be sure)? Also on the charms that add a bonus +1 to certain skills, is that bonus always on? Or is there a chance for it to proc like the gravity hole or other effects?

Do these bonuses stack?

Yes. And you can push most if not all skills past level 10 with a mastery rune.

Yeah dude! They stack, and the max is 14 I believe. But I have a character built off of having the + 1 give me a total of 10 in certain skills.

I think the max just depends on the skill, the ruiner one at the top of the defender tree maxes out at 6.

Ok, this is what I was thinking. If I manage to get one or two +1 to all Defender skill tree runes then I can short a few select skills to free up skill points. Cool.

Do these bonuses add in to the minimum needed in that skill for the next on the tree?

The max is NOT 14. I tested this out myself. There are red mastery runes (of course) that have +2 of a skill. So you can through 2 of those in your armor and then have two red runes with +1 skills making your grand total 16.

Charm bonus' are always on (as long as you have it in one of your 2 charm spots) and they do stack. You could tell this by equipping one and going to your skills. You would see 10/10 +1. And your percentage would be the next level up. Hope that helps.

I believe +4 is the max boost you can get too your skills from the mastery runes. It should say on the mastery rune what the max boost to a skill is.
