Getting a bit bored with the artists I'm listening to at the moment, so I'm calling out to TH.net to share some of your fave bands, preferably ones that are not that famous, but still great. Give a description of what the music is like too.

Rx Bandits - Kind of a progressive alternative/ska... not really sure what to call it. Some would say they're ska, but they're much more than that.

Because if they are properly famous I will have heard of them. For example;

There is this one band called Metallica and they are great.

Lamb of God is only famous if you're into the metal scene. If you're not into metal, odds are you've never heard of them.

Too lazy to see if anyone else mentioned them, but Muse is my favorite band of all time. They don't have any bad songs, IMO.
