What is your loot rating at?

Hey just wondering what your loot%'s are at i currently have a lvl46 human berzerker and two sets of armors and weapons one for kickin *** and one for strait up finiding loot.

My Loot rating is currently 20%
5% on swords
4% on boots
4% on pauldrons
4% on helm
3% on pants
and i have not soceted them because im waiting for better loot % runes and better armor ratigns to drop them into.

So yah what you guys rockin?

Doesn't it cap at 15%? How did you get it to 20%?
Mine is at 15%, I have a set of loot armor and a set of high defense armor... with my loot armor equipped all my loot is on ONE article of armor, the chest plate.

Um... The max for the Loot Drop Rate is 15%.

Yeah it is important to check the caps when you are setting up rune sets. When you look at the runes it will tell you your current level, the bonus that that rune has and the cap for that skill. Loot maxes at 15%. I maxed out a level 44 vest for looting obilisik and boss fights.

I am also working on maxing out a set of armor for salvaging. It maxes at 50% and it will be handy to sell all those weak blueprints to raise funds to craft my epic stuff. When I find some... :(

What i did was i took an empty pistol and sword and added salvage bonus to those. I then turned auto salvage to purple and when i complete a level i equip my salvage weapons and sell everything. The reason for this was so that i could cap more stuff on my armor. On my armor i have health, armour, attack speed, dual weild damage, staff damage and loot drop maxed out.

R u Human. I am playing my cyber Bio now and it is hard to find anything with four empty rune spots. But I did get two of the same chest plates with four spaces, so I was using one of those for the Salvaging. I usually only get one or two empty rune spots.

I've got a few pieces of armor I equip when I'm about to kill a boss/loot an obelisk... But I didn't think to do the same with salvage %+ runes... That's a great idea. Whenever I get more Altruist armor, that's what I'll be doing :D

By the way Purple G, the Epic level 44 Altruist's set has four empty rune slots on each piece of armor... That's what I used for my loot armor, anyway. :)

I wouldn't even worry about doing that. By the time you get epic armor drops, you'll have more than enough. I have 17 mil now, and no drops yet.

Wouldn't you want to turn autosalvage off then while you're fighting with your normal gear and then turn it to purple once you have your "salvage gear" equipped?

That's a little discouraging... 8O That seems like a lot of runs with few drops. Are you doing the last board with your loot chance maxed? I would hope for at least one piece after a good run. Are you doing the secret arena? I just maxed my loot armour 2 nights ago at level 44 and got two level 3 charms in cyber space pretty quickly. I played last night to get to 49 and tonight I was planning on raiding Helhiem and looking for that first epic piece.

On my berserker I just carry a rifle with capped loot find for whenever I'm not fighting bosses. I also have another gun + chest piece that caps my salvage bonus (+50%) which I equip whenever I clear out my inventory, and I find that 50% more bounty is worth the minimal effort required.

No the loot drop does not matter where you put it. SKHenry had a great post on the old board *sheds tear* that explained the loot drop rune. It actually increases the chance that enemies, a boss or obelisk with drop twice as much stuff from their loot table.

It helped me get some level 3 charm quests really quickly.

Man, I have clocked in 66 hours on my Berserker. I have 2 sets of the Berserker's dual swords, epic staves, 2 epic pistols, and 2 epic cannons. I've had quite a few tier 3 charms to the point I salvaged a few, I have 3 of them completed. I have about my whole rune screen filled with orange runes, and I even have 2 epic red runes. I have went through Hellheim more times than you could imagine, to the point I can go through the level alone without a hitch. I've also been through HoH just as many since its the shortest level and easiest. I've even went through level 3-4(the conveyer belt) 9-10 times because I had to kill 120 leaders for a tier 3 charm, and that area has 9 on 1 play through.

I've put so much time into this game its friggin' ridiculous, and I have not had one single armor drop yet.

Its alright, i love the game, so its not as tedious as it sounds, I have some awesome tier 3 charms. I have the gravity field one, one that causes a toxic pool, and one that gives me a chance to receive health when I am damaged , and I'm working on one that gives me a chance to receive health when I cause damage. The chance for health on getting hit sucks though, I dunno if I've even seen it work yet, and I don't want to depend on getting hit in order to get health, I'd rather deal damage, gives me more of a chance. The gravity field is cool looking, but only lasts for a couple seconds. The toxic pool is my favorite. It leaves a pool where you attack an enemy, and it stays for a good while, and destroys anything that walks through it. It also extends, like if a mob enters it, where that mob enters, it spreads, and will continue spreading. An example is in hellheim when you have a single line of mobs coming at you, and you have a pool, it will just turn into a long stream extending each time a mob enters it. Its much better than the gravity field, even though the gravity field gets all the attention.

Anywho, just don't expect the gear to drop every time you go through a level, because its not lol. I went through story mode again the other day, the whole story, every level, and didn't get 1 drop.

You should let me see a pair of those dual swords, i've been looking for them for quite a while
