I'm a big fan of Tim Tebow, so I'm very happy that Florida won. It was a pretty good game. Florida's defense had an amazing performance. They held the highest scoring offense in college football history to only 14 points.

Oklahoma sucks.

So does Sam Bradford.

Tebow should have got the Heisman.

Tebow should have got the Heisman.I agree... He had to deal with tougher defenses on a more regular bases... (like nearly weekly)

I'm still trying to figure out how someone with the most first place ballots doesn't win...

@#$@ the BCS system.

Lets not even get started on that... :(

I don't think anyone outside of the BCS conference bigwigs and the bowl people like it. It's not about football or crowing a national champion... It's about greed/money and nothing else.

Yeah it's a sad thing Inmate, but I totally forgot about the game...time to watch the highlights...

I get disappointed with BCS games every year, during the seaon you see all these high scoring game (we know why), but in the actual bowl games it's like they take it easy.

The kids played hard. Might have been the second best bowl game of the year. OSU vs. Texas was number one.

That said I do understand what you mean as you see lots of sloppy play during bowls (especially the first half) but I think its more of the byproduct of so much time off before the bowls than apathy on the player's parts... (Its enough to make you wonder if its more about the team that handles the layoff the best instead of whose the best team.)

Agreed. How can an undefeated team (Utah) not have a chance at the national championship? USC and Texas also deserved a chance at the title. Every other major college sport has a playoff/tournament to determine the title and even football has playoffs in the lower divisions, so why not the FBS (formerly known as division 1A)?

Speaking of national champions though, congrats to my school, the University of Minnesota-Duluth, for winning the Division 2 National Championship in football. GO BULLDOGS!
