Football! (the american one)

Anyone else played football in any professional sense (high school, college, nfl :D) My high school has just started our off season weight training and it made me wonder if anyone here has played.

He plays on the best team in my province, the Mississauga Warriors.

I don't play, but people say I should.

Most 6'2", 250 pound 15 year olds usually do :p

I've never liked american football... of course being 125 lbs might partly be the reason... Prefer soccer, takes more skill IMO.
Foot ball; once someone has the ball all you do is jump madly at him and he just has to run faster or pass it. Soccer you can't have to much contact, more footwork, strategy, and reading people. and best of all size doesn't matter as much =D.

I played up through my sophomore year of high school. I stopped after that, because I had several knee injuries and I didn't what to cause any more damage. If I would have kept playing, I probably would have done some serious damage and would have needed surgery. I decided I'd rather be able to walk when I'm older. I have some great memories from when I played though.

yeah, it dosent work as well. Anyways, OT, my JV team (im currently a sophmore) was undefeated this year, unfortunately our varsity sucks a** so we didnt make it to state. :(

Our JV and Varsity team did a lot better than usual this year. However, we haven't won any state, district, or divisional championships since 1968 :(

I played and started Varsity freshman and Sophmore year.
i wasnt planning on playing this year evenif i didnt go to college. I was an O-lineman and a D-end/Linbacker.
