Basically I though I didn't like this game because after 150 hours of playing I started to get bored of it, so I sold it. A couple of weeks later I bought it again used though for $30. Now the thing about this game is it's short and long at the same time. it's fun and boring. it's always two things that aren't anything like each other. I still play it when I feel like shooting some people or flying around the map which is fun, but I wish they would fix some things. I don't care if they never get DLC. Fix stuff and add a couple of vital essentials for a game like this. There are way too many bugs to even talk about. But basically if they were to add in a bank, lobbies so we could compare and show are armor to each other, and 3-played co-op like some of the old-school arcade games, that would be enough to keep me playing this tell scared 2 comes out (not saying I may not be but....). The number of too human players aren't that many anymore, but the least they could do is try to keep us happy because I stick with Too Human 1, but if a 2 comes out, I may not get it because I mean we supported them, how about they support us back. Too Human was the reason I got a 360 and this is how they trick us, they send out a buggy game that isn't finished, but yet they do nothing to it. I truly do like this game but I don't like microsoft and Silicon Knights.

I agree with this.

But I don't agree with your statement about Too Human being unfinished.

Too human has it's bugs, but none of them are close to game-breaking. 99% of games that are released have bugs in it. I know that it doesn't make it right, but pointing out non-game-breaking bugs is kind of useless, and developers are always on tight schedules and sometimes don't have a choice but to release the game with bugs..

Um...samski? I played the game for 12 hours and encountered at least 5 game-breaking bugs. That's a far cry from "none" of the bugs being game breaking. Falling through floors into oblivion...that's a game breaking bug in my books.

I agree here. The game is fun, can be addicting, yet everyone here I think would agree that it could be improved so much and has so much potential that it's a bit sad. ONE simple dlc content pack would remake this game and honestly, while I dont think it would improve sales of too human by that much make those of us who did buy the game very happy and give credit to Silicon knights for sticking to their word about dlc for when TH 2 comes out, if it didnt get scrapped as rumors suggest.

yeah there are deff game breaking bugs. charcters getting deleted, the whole setting auto slavage to "orange" and losing EVERYTHING. Getting to the end of a level and having a door not open so you have to restart. falling through helheims elevator which already takes 5 freakin minutes to reach the top. haha hmm what else have jurgy and i came across....oh the glitch on HoH where you get stuck in the tunnel right before grendel =/ the well acvhievement glitch. 3-4 spider black floor glitch. im sure im missing some. lol

BUT to this very day, i still play too human. despite alllll these glitches, the game is to much fun to give up. its fun to run co op with friends and design new armors.

SK should deff have a little more contact with fans and atleast give us an idea of whats going on from time to time, but as far as im concerned. they made a great game that will played many more hours by me.

It sucks that every time I go to the armor or weapon shop there isn't anything there, or the fact I run out of rune space a lot. Seriously though making a bank patch couldn't be that hard could it, just a little room where there is a box or something at least. I mean This game has done something no other game has ever did to me, I like it, but it's bugs bother me so much when I'm not playing it, but when I'm playing it, they don't bother me that much, like especially trolls, and doors not opening.

The Oblivion

hmm, i have never ran out of rune space? i guess that would happen if you save lower level runes. i only keep lvl 25 reds. And the armor/weapon shops, are just luck wether or not you get reds/aesir. as for the bank, i agree. we NEED a bank.

Sorry, list them.

I've never fell through the floor on Too Human, but I do know how to avoid it. So it didn't come to mind when I was thinking about it.

Agree 100%. So much potential yet SK haven't said a word to anyone about TH in months; they have completely let the community down.

Still playing the game though ;)

Why does everybody assume it is SK deciding to be quiet?

The masses always need a target to point a finger at. As the developers, they remain the easiest target.

The more and more I think about it, I'm wondering if Microsoft is requiring SK keep their mouths shut, as they are the publisher.

Whether or not they can do that is unknown to me, but anything is possible.

samski

They can easily threaten Too Humans existence as Publisher. And that's what I'm assuming is happening.

I would like to see your list of 5 game breaking bugs too. The only one I have heard is falling through the floor. I have over 250+ hours in TH and I have only fallen through Hel's elevator once and that was because I was running around and jumping trying to see it happen. I have gotten permastuck to walls in gears 3 times in my first campaign run and many times in multiplayer already.

Most of those are not game breaking. The spider black floor is a loading issue when using the spider respawn. The well achievement is common to alot of games miss counting. Setting auto salvage to orange is human error. Everytime you change you salvage to a higher level you get a reminded so you do it to yourself. I have never had the door not open, maybe you did not kill all the required enemies for that section, happens alot on the maze bridge in HOH because some will hide in the maze. Characters getting deleted is an issue but may be cause by people turning off the game in the middle of a save.

You forgot to mention the duping glitch!!!

That is not really a glitch that is a human exploit of the game saving mechanics.

I think SK is being quiet and I don't blame them. Denis has told everyone what his philosophy is on releasing information. YOu get it when it is done. 2K, Blizzard and Valve has made that their standard and it has worked well for them.

I am not saying I would not like to see an update, but if and when they do it I want it to be right and not half baked. I have told Denis and others my list of things that could be improved whenever I get a chance.

Good hypothesis. But it is surprisingly coincidental that around the same time the NPD numbers were released, SK went REALLY quiet and Microsoft stopped talking about too human instantly.

EDIT: this is in reply to Red.

I have noticed some glitches like falling through floors.. Doors not opening due to an enemy I can hear but not see.. and a few others... All very minor compared to some games.. I have been trying to think of a 360 game I have played that has never done something like that.. Nothing of the sort I have experienced within Too Human could I concider "game breaking"... Rather slightly annoying.. It has never caused me to lose progress..

Lets talk about other bugs in games that were way more successfull than too human.

1. Fable 2: Unless you had a certain amount of renown when you talk to an npc your story line you stop and you wouldnt be able to continue ever. gtg to next class

Falling through floors is troublesome, the doors not opening sometimes happens to me and yes there is always some enemy back at it's spawn not moving or stuck in the floor or wall.

The game freezes sometimes (Not my xbox doing it just the game) the rocket goblins slow down the game and make it so you can't see but thats not really a glitch just really anoying when you can't se what you're doing and you get one shot by rockets or a mob thats not on your screen.

As for Gears, I Hate that game so much I know I'm going to get flamed for it and that's cool I won't hold it against you but the game is totally in love with itself. I really don't have anything good to say about it. TH kicks gears in the balls and makes gears thank it.
