Idunn's Wish?

I'ma feel like a moron if I put the wrong name down but they all say Idunn then something! I can't remember them all! Just to clarify, I'm talking about the offensive battle cry on the right tree. But anyway, on to the question. My build as you all have probly seen me post about, is all about proccing status effects (apart from skuld's embrace, its not bad I'm just not a huge fan), when I throw the battle cry up, it seems like I start proccing a lot more. I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not the battle cry actually helps increase proc rate or if its all in my head? It's hard for me to try and test something like this because its all random chance anyway but I was hoping someone had some information.

I don't think it directly ups proc rate, but since you get sped up you attack more and faster which will give you more proc opportunities.
