1) I would love to see more variety on the end game loot

2) I would love to see a 4 player patch with some sort of a challenge mode where we have to work together to fight off increasing number of waves of mobs placed in a huge room.
Now I understand why DD stated that with 4 players the game gets too confusing but with a challenge mode , I can see 4 player co-op working.

3) More mods on charms and loot , I love the vortex thingy , I would love to see more skills like BE Skuld's Embrace ( not just stat modification )

I just want something that's more focused on co-op.

I know I would love to have split screen back. Though I doubt it would be possible in dlc it would be great in the next part of the trilogy.

All i hope to see is some form of the Survival Wave ideas that have been cropping up recently, Would be a great End Game Feature, would be insane if it was unlimited, Great addition to Leader boards as well!

I would love some form of screen shot capture device simular to Halo 3

That way we could show off our armor to the boards!

That too! I've always wandered, especially in GTA IV Videos how the quality is SO Good? ;S It is as if they recorded it using Fraps! But neither did they use a Hand held camera.. :/

More End game Loot!!! That's all I want the most. I feel just having one set to go grind for is kinda lame and then if you don't like the stats applied or the look of it then it's a big disappointment IMO. Plus it would be nice to have an Epic Red Set that has all empty rune slots for us Human alignment folks, and then a Cyber Elite Red set that has a few open slots for them.

This game was suppose to be all about loot and customization and I feel those "end game" red elite sets totally deter from that reality.

just my 2 cents...

1) They need to make a REALLY long, multi-leveled arena with incredibly tough challenges that would boot you out if you died. Each level would have an obelisk and the farther your got the better loot the obelisk would give you. It could be never ending, or have an end and you could add a leaderboard page to list who got to the farthest point in the arena the fastest. Add new armor sets that only drop on later levels of the arena.

2) They could add a Tetris/GeOW2 hybrid style PvP. Have two teams in different arenas (they could see each other, just not be able to interact, think two arenas side by side separated by a plane of glass) fighting the same waves of mobs. By doing special things (finisher kills, ruiner kills, tag team mounting, etc) you could "send" harder enemies into the other enemies arena. It could either be timed or the first team to die would lose. This could give points/tokens (ala WoW) that you could trade in for special Elite Gear.

I honestly think either one of these could work.

Good second idea Obi, Leeching off your idea i think it would be a great little race if 4 of you got into the Pre-Game Lobby and had a timed race to the end of the level? Winner gets an Obelisk! With Leader boards for the fastest completion Times!

Maybe SK will take note and give us some DLC that were not in their original plans

What would be really sweet would be an entirely new level. I was thinking maybe a forest one similar to the look of the cyberspace forest, but it wouldn't make sense since the world is covered in ice. Maybe a dark, nighttime environment similar to Ice Forest, but just outside the gates of Midgard.

A level cap increase and a more unique weapons and armor would be awesome for DLC.

A new level/arena would be perfect. More unique armor gets a HUGE vote for me as well. The thing is I hope they integrate new armor into the game in a unique way rather than just putting it into the shop.

They won't give us a lvl cap increase because Too Human 2 is supposed to take us from lvl 50 to 100 and Too Human 3 will take us from 100 to 150.

Wow, lots of good ideas in here. I read on the Too Human Wiki that the man himself has a "favorite" class that is yet to be in the game. I'm wondering if that's going to be DLC or if we have to wait til TH2 comes out.

I guess all I would really want to see, well see first is new arenas. I, like probably a lot of other people on this site play all the time. So having some new arenas would be greatly appreciated by the community by keeping it fresh.

Anyway, tis my two cents!!

Cheers,

A couple things...

First I would want at least a new level. If that is not possible, at least give us new arrangements for the existing levels, perhaps with a few new enemies, layouts and a new boss. Of cource these would have to contain new loot.

I really like the time trial and arena type ideas...

Finally, we NEED a in-game marketplace for trading and bidding...

1) Some sort of large lobby system where 30-40 baldurs are running around showing off their stuff, simply walk to the hologram screen to search for a game.
2) Some for of "challange" mode previously stated that rewards really good loot.

08-27-2008, 01:24 PM
They said that 4 player co-op was removed due to Game Design and frame rate, so if like you said a Pre-Lobby of 30-40 people BUT. you were not allowed to fire/attack/roll/jump/ruiner/battle cry.

Literally nothing except interact and move around (Possibly only Walk) I personally think would fit the bill!

I like the ideal of like a multi-tiered dungeon with obelisks at the end of each level with increasing difficulty the further you go reminds me of the end game dungeons in like Final Fantasy Tactics. Or kind of like the Tower in Soul Calibur IV type of thing. Kind of like a survival mode with clearing levels almost like the waves ideal. I think that would be alot of fun and would take a lot of team work in theory for the later levels. Would make the co-op a lot more fun for it to be a real challenge to dive deeper.

I'm all for a screenshot / capture mode for your "moments" and weapons / armor. That may be integrated more so for the next games. As far as DLC - bonus levels and loot seem most logical.

08-27-2008, 02:44 PM
I would love to see a lobby system where we can show off our loot and such but I highly doubt that will happen.
Lobby system holding 30-40 baldurs would probably require a dedicated server , even if one of the players xbox hosts , the moment he disconnects , all 40 baldurs will disconnect.

As much as I would love to see that , I dont think anyone would like to pay a monthly fee lol

basically the keys quest is you go to certain bosses or mini bosses in the game and the drop is totally random so you may have to go back and fight the boss untill it drops the items you need for instance a set of keys there are 3 sets of keys in total and 3 different bosses/minibosses are holding them. Once you have all the keys yoru able to use them to unlock a new dungeon with a new boss who is incredibly strong and would give you "godly" drops.

In the case of too human a scenarion would be liek you beat grendle and he drops a piece of armor for you and your co-op partner then you move on to another boss/mini boss..he drops another so on and so on..you wear those pieces and your able to access a cyber well..once your in the well the pieces get taken away..and in cyberspace you locate another well and it will put you in a dungeon wiht some insane boss who will drop some elite/epic items.

As for the "cow poratal" its basically a level in diablo where you go up against hordes of enemies that give you decent drops and the enemies will keep spawning untill you kill their leader again this could be some way integrated with goblins or something in the too human world thats the beauty with the cyber wells the possibilities are endless.

Jumping on the bandwagon of what I would like to see.
1st. More weapon & armor sets, but don't just give them to our char's add them into the random drop/sell system so we have to work for em.
2nd. More enemy types and bosses, change bosses spawn points to randomize which boss spawn when we get to those points (at least for online play)
3rd. New maps, Possible survivor mode map to see how long we can last, wave after wave.
4th. New Class, ** would love this  .
5th, Promise of char port into new game Too human 2, and then give us a teaser of allowing us 10 more levels as a pre-order for new game so we can beef up before it launches.

:D

I like both of these ideas. They could even use the well in the middle of the world tree cyberspace (the one that doesn't do anything right now) to give us access to this kind of stuff.

More than likely thats a "no". Any sort of game content downloads almost ALWAYS cost money over Xbox Live. It could be as little as $5, but it will probably cost some moolah.

Please add at least 3 players, it definitely would not be too hectic, and I say eff the framerate problems, especially now that reviews are out and over, it's the fan base that matters anyway. Some other things I would love would be an update that changes the levelling of monsters to range from 2-4 levels below the lowest level player to 2-4 levels above the highest player. That way if you have a wide gap between the levels of the two players one will feel like a god and the other doesn't have to dodge or run away constantly. Also, this would allow for level 50 people to occasionally feel super powerful against the easiest of enemies. I just think it would be cool to be slightly more rewarded for being a high level. Some of us don't want a steady stream of challenge, but occasional challenge, it's called flow in psychology, and I'm sure (from reading one of SK's blogs) they know what I'm talking about.

I would love, love to see an adapt character. Like the Bio only damage orientated instead of healing orientated. That would maybe have a combo meter tied to their spider ability unlike the other classes (kind of like the commando's combo meter is greater affected bu ballistics and ballistic juggles), hey could have a freeze spider, fire spider, lightning spider (or maybe a stop/slow spider, any of which could be torrent spiders and not mine spiders). Then some cool battle cries like damage shields or something along those lines, maybe even one or two that would do direct damage or AoE damage in an radius to you. They could have could have weapon bonus damage too. Left could be fire ballistics, middle could be ice two handed weapons, and right could be lightning one handed weapons. You could boost weapons damage and keep health and defense low and call it a battle mage or do it in some way that is close to the bio

Ok I think I definitely want to have more character slots. Idealy I'd love to have at least 10 atm so I can make a multitude of characters to try different paths and allow myself to stay hooked on this game even longer.

If it were just up to SK it may have been free, but unfortunately their developer is Microsoft, a bunch of heartless corporate money-grabbers who have been known to force developers to charge for their DLC even when the developers themselves wanted to distribute them for free. So, no, it won't be free. Microsoft will make you pay for it.

Thats a bit harsh.

SK needs to spend time and money on the DLC and they are a company who are trying to make money just like Microsoft. They have salaries and bills to pay like anyone. TNSTAAFL. While they might want to release some things for free as a good will gesture to the fans it isn't going to happen for the kinds of DLC people are talking about because it just wouldn't be financially feasible for them.

Also if it wasn't for Microsoft you wouldn't be playing Too Human right now so give them some credit.

Anyway i don't mean to have a go at you or anything i just don't like seeing businesses abused for acting like a business.

What i would like to see would be:

1. A new level that is randomly generated.
2. More loot.
3. A new class.

Definately a DLC to stop all the duping and some new gear so the old duped items become obsolete

EightBall
09-06-2008, 07:23 PM
1) more space for runes/ charms, so i dont have to constantly delete/ fill old ones before i need them just to make space

2) a defense mode, level 50's only, possible 4 player co-op just for this, no respawning, starts with a few goblins, around wave 50 (it has the wave number in the corner or as a mortal kombat style start to the wave) you will have to face all the bosses at once, then the elite enemies come in... (including elite bosses/ polarity trolls), unlimited waves, maybe having each enemy with a certain 'danger number' and each wave has a 'total cumulative danger number' with enemies randomly spawned until that number is full

3) side- missions, talk to a certain guard in Aesir and you can hunt for a specific troll for an increased chance of a elite item or so yu can repair your items for free in future, or you can hunt down (an real) GRNDL-2 by talking to Heimdall/ Mimir, or Thor finds information about a 'giant production plant' and you have to help him destroy it to get a discount on all weapons

4) elite armour in shops, just in such a way that wont encourage duping
