I've got over 100 hours played now, enjoy the game a lot, but these things have been nagging me for some time and I decided to share them. Apologies if these have been mentioned before.
1. Remember my camera/damage meter preferences.
I think this would be simple to implement, but I'll be the first to admit that I don't know anything about programming a game. But yeah, not having to change my camera to Strategic and turn on the damage meter every time I drop into a level would be nice.
Additionally, perhaps at the bottom of the damage meter, the game could show you your average DPS? Not necessary, but it'd be nice to have.
2. Give me a way to track my charm quests without having to constantly go into the equipment screen.
The menus are laggy; I don't think anyone would dispute this. And when I want to know how many of a certain enemy I've killed, or how many wells I've activated, etc., it would be nice to have that information on-screen without having to wrestle the menus. Something like this (http://gmaskew.com/pictures/wow/oldinterface.jpeg), where it shows 0/30 Undead Ravagers slain, would be ideal.
3. Redo the color rune system.
I spent all night checking the weapon and armor stores to try to find one Ceremonial Cobalt rune so I could fix the colors on the epic boots I traded for and found out later have had their color changed. There's got to be a better way to do it, and I have a suggestion as to what that might be.
Similar to the weapon store and the armor store, why not have a color store? Instead of buying individual color runes and having them take up space in my inventory, let me buy a color scheme once, and then any time I want to use that scheme, let me pay 1000 bounty (or something, 1000 is just an example) to apply it to my whole armor set. Additionally, let me highlight a piece of my armor and see what color it is now (in case I pick up something I like, and want to have the rest of my set match), and also let me revert a piece of armor back to its original color.
There are other things I hope to see improved via DLC/in TH2 and beyond, but I'm bored and felt like sharing these right now. If you've made it this far, thanks in advance for reading.
