Nothing new for the last few days?

Does anyone notice that there hasnt been any new loot in the past few days?
I personally have not found all of the epic loot but I know what to expect from others on this board
Did we seriously discover all the loot thats in this game?
Epic charms were awesome at first but there isnt more than 3-4 different kind of mods...
If so , I dont see Too Human lasting more than a month from now and I will be seriously disappointed... :(

or perhaps SK has a timer on their loot? ( ala demo class selection )

nah man.

i havent found 1 peice of lvl 50 epic armor and ive been playin like crazy.
multiply that time for the 3 or more chars i plan to build, im gonna be playin for a long time.

Reds do not come easy. Do you guys have your loot drop chance maxed out?

i dont have my loot drop maxed. i believe max health, defence, damage, speed and other things are more important then loot drop %. ive been thinkin about it tho.

I don't think he's complaining about not finding elites; I think he's saying that there are too few elites in this game. Just the sets, the runes, the charms, and a few odd weapons from the weapon store.

Loot % makes a world of difference IMO; I remember one time in Hall of Heroes I swapped my pants with full +loot % in favor of a few more +damage & and loot stagnated a bit. I then swapped back and went right back to finding oranges.

Yeah , I was not complaining about the loot drop %

I was complaining about the variety of epic items.
There isnt enough variety of loot for this game to last a year if everything we have already seen is literally everything this game has to offer.

I was quite surprised when people reached lvl 50 in one day but excited at the same time when Dennis Dyack congratulated him ( on the old board ) and saying that the fun is just beginning.

Although acquiring all the epic item by yourself would be hard but once enough people reach lvl 50 and the economy is more healthy , it might not necessarily take a long time through trades.
Im guessing in a month or two time , a lot of folks would be wearing full epic with epic charms
What's left to do then?

I was hoping Too Human was the only game I would be playing until TH2 drops, at this rate I dont see myself playing for 1 year +

Im in no way complaining about this game , it is very fun and pretty awesome for the first game of this hybrid genre ( action/rpg/dungeon crawler? )

p.s. I know a lot of people are stating that there is 5 classes but Im that type of a gamer who like to stick with one class the whole time.
Every game I played and really enjoyed ( Diablo 2, Wow,Everquest,DAOC..etc ) I stuck with one character throughout the whole time and all of the above games pretty much lasted one year or more. I was just wishing Too Human would give the same longetivity as the other games I mentioned...

Ya. I've got close to 50 hours, and I've gotten 3 elite charms, and like a rifle...that I bought....I'm getting pissed that nothings dropped ha ha.

If the pattern I have of only finding red charms continues at this rate, no way within a year would I have a full set of the rarest armor for my class and alignment. Or able to fill out 24 free rune slots with 12 abilities, if it's possible to max out a given thing using only two runes of the highest level. And I do have the loot% at the max of 15 percent.

But I just got the Curse of the Flesh Leech, I inserted the required charms and now I need to defeat over 5 thousand more enemies, the requirement is eight thousand total.

Could someone confirm for me that gear for your alignment and class drops? I've played the Demo ~30 times and every time I've done the Wells I've ONLY gotten Purple Armour for the Class i currently am..

Does this apply to the finished game?

The level 30 and 50 epic armors are for Class and Alignment.

I am only level 46 right now, I have found 1 epic laser cannon, 1 epic laser pistol and 1 epic charm +1 all skills and chance that all damage is absorbed. I agree with the above posters that loot chance % does help greatly.

And that didn't answer your question? If I didn't understand before, I sure don't understand now.

Or maybe it's that I thought it went without saying that because the epic gear is for class and alignment that yes, it would drop specfically for your character.

I'm only at level 33 because my first playthrough save got deleted but I finally found the helm that the Defender wears in the class selection screen so I am happy. I'll probably leave it on him for quite a while even when I find better ones, just because I think it looks AWESOME!!!

I have a feeling finding Epic loot (when I get that high) will be like golf.... very frustrating at times but then you get that one sweet shot/loot and you're addicted for another month.

I 140+ w/ 3 different characters.. 5 elite armor drops so far (2 were lvl 30 gear), 3 elite weapon DROPS (not from store), and about a dozen or so charms or runes.. Always have my drop% capped too. Just tough rowing, for some I suppose
