I have a question in regards to Submunition Distributor (Increases the rate at which bonus effects occur on attacks.) The question is this; what bonus effects does this effect? All of them? Charms? Basically I want to make a BioE based around Skuld's Embrace (Increases chance that enemies hit by your attacks will turn on their allies.) and the charms that have the same effect. So does this ability chance the rate that which these skills happen?

On a side note, what ranged type do you all think would be best for this build? Pistols are a given but I can't quite decide between the ammo types.

Submunition Distributor affects all status effects, including charms and effects on weapons and armor.

In terms of the ammo type, you're best off with slugs, since reloading, rolling or changing targets will reset laser damage, and still fire faster than plasma.

But definitely go for increased ammo on the cyber left side, and maybe ballistic range too.

Yeah, i thought Submunition Distributor applied to all effects, but I wanted to make sure before basing a build around it.

Would the splash damage off plasma ammo not have a chance to activate Skuld's Embrace? If not then you're right, slugs are the clear choice.
