1. What is the Set Epic Weapon for Human and for Cyber BE

I don't know but what I do know is that the Center path for Bio does not have an epic set. You will have to craft your own.

I would like to know what the human set is called too. Also I think the human alignment is the best because you get cheaper heals and an extra combo level

My preference is Cyber down the right path. I leveled up down the middle path and respecced to the right at 50. Personally, I dont need to heal too much so the combo bonuses on the human tree arn't worth much to me especially since my heal is the spider. The Cyber BE set is called Shroud of the Flesh Architect and has a 2h Epic Staff (which is awesome). I currently have 5/7 pieces now.

2. Which Alignment would u say is better

I went Cyber and I find getting and keeping your combo meter up to be pretty hard at times. I went down the Centre branch, so I need combo metre for healing as well as Ruiners, which doesn't help.

Glad to hear the Cyber weapon is a 2-Hander at least.
