Well. I'm going to end up making my level 50 suit soon, and was wondering if the heal runes (healing effectiveness BioE regen) are worth using on a suit. BioE caps at 10% bonus, so I could get that maxed with two runes, and HE caps at 30% bonus. My thought on my suit was to cap pierce, blunt, (to counteract the crappy curse we get) and armor. Get my 2h and Hammer damage to about 75%-ish, and then use any other empty slots to upgrade my healing efficency. That would give me good damage, good defense, and better healing. And if I decide to get a gun with 4 empty rune slots instead of the epic rifle, I could max out my damage and/or my healing with it.
