Healing effectiveness runes??

Does anyone know if the healing effectiveness runes affect how much you heal with the bioengineer or is it for how much you get healed off of health orbs.

Do the healing effectivness charms also work on the healing spider in the right path? I don't see why it wouldn't but I was wondering if anyone knew for sure.

Yeah I was thinking of stacking healing effectiveness runes but it's really hard to tell. I've been told it's better to go with Battle shout effectiveness for middle path bio. I maxed out the bio regen so far and was thinking of maxing the rest of my healing out next.

It's definitely not just your healing. On gear you'll see the Healing Effectiveness and also Bio-Engineer Healing.

I would assume it's both, but it's possible it's only other players.
