Human is best for bio, is that correct in a matter of large opinion.

Both alignments have their pros. That applies for all classes. I mean honestly, in the end when we're all level 50, pretty much any class and alignment doesn't have much of a problem with enemies in the game. It's more about what playstyle fits you better.

The Human class (in general) has the better Ruiner attack. Also the Bio Engineer's Ruiner attack steals some HP from enemies around you and heals you a bit too. This might make it seem easy to declare Human is better but A) the healing doesn't heal your partner and B) don't mistake this for an actual heal. It heals you a fair amount but if you really want healing, you're better off with Battle Cry healing. Think of it as a nice bonus to a Ruiner attack.

The Cybernetic class gets more defense and strength bonuses which helps with this class. Also you do get access to cannons. While I personally don't like cannons when fighting most enemies, they are the best weapons against most bosses so they are good for that. Also this is speaking from a personal standpoint, but I like to inflict status effects on my enemies. The Cybernetic's Epic Weapon is a staff that unleashes Necrotize on the enemy which is pretty much an instant kill for any enemy that steps into the pool of acid. Also I put on the Gravitize (black hole) charm and the pink mist poison charm. A Cybernetic has the ability to increase their chances of status attacks in one of their skills. If you put a full 10 points into it, it ups the chance 5% which might not seem like alot, but that effectly DOUBLES your chances of status effect occurring. In one battle, I'll see my 4 status attacks (I also have another one attached to my character) pop up multiple times in a battle.

Humans do get the fancier Ruiner but trust me, if you play with me and see my unleash 4 status attacks on a group of enemies, that looks pretty impressive too. Not to mention I'm building up my combo meter and saving it for when I really need it (aka healing my teammate, since usually I do pretty okay in the health department)

However, as earlier mentioned, it's up to preference. I'd say in general, Human can be more offensive by relying on their Ruiners. The Cybernetic on the otherhand plays more like a tank/paladin. I just go into the battle and attack foes and heal when neccesary.
