Im a middle path/right path human bio and it takes forever to clear helheim solo in online multiplayer mode it just takes so long to kill elite mobs that you easily get overrun and if 2 necros spawn forget about it you get ownified. Anyone else have trouble?
-side note-
I have two epic charms- skien of ablation and the other one is like soften and i have the quests completed but how the heck do you insert runes into them to get them to work?

i dont play bio or at least not yet but about your side note you put runes into lvl 1 charms and you complete those and put them in lvl 2 charms and then u complete the lvl 2 charms and put them into your lvl 3 epic charms :] good luck

As for the actual 'How' you just press X to insert the rune into the charm, the same way you do with weapons/armour.
Always try to use Runes that you wouldn't actually want to use in Weapons/Armour, like low-level runes, or one that aren't to your taste (for instance, I rarely use Fierce attacks, so I always put those runes into my charms when they match).
I haven't done Hel solo with my Bio yet (apart from story mode), so I can't give you any real hints. Just try and keep your Combo meter high so you can blast those Necros with Ruiners. And don't be afraid to use Spirit of Fenrir just to gain the combo levels during a hard fight. Just remember to keep dropping ruiners, 'cause as long as Fenrir is out you won't have to worry about your combo meter.

I've done multiple online solo Hel runs as a Bio E with a similar spec as you (I say similar because I don't know exactly how you allocated your points).
The "I Win" spider (Ward of the NORN's) is your friend when the large necromancers spawn. Also, acquaint yourself with the spawns so you can prepare by building combo through air combat and ping ponging.
Try this build:
Bio Human
8 1 3
0 10 0 10
0 10 0 0 6
0 10 0 0 6
0 10 0 0 10
1 10
Your sentient weapon is not important, neither is increasing your ruiner radius. Use those points to increase damage, combo generation, and spider cooldown.
Lastly, rune appropriately! I cannot stress this enough. Make sure you have capped spider duration and cooldown. Also, cap attack speed and 2H damage.
Follow these suggestions and you'll be rolling right through online solo Helheim.

I've never died in Hel.
Pro tip: In Hel, fierce/laser grenades is your tool set... At least for me. Almost every spawn comes at you in a long thin line and makes for excellent fiercing-fun!
As above, slot your runes appropriately. Slot +90% armor.
Against the necromancer's let the mobs come to you. Don't get within 2x rifle range and kill the undead that come to you and it'll litterally thin them down to nearly zero around the necro.
In Hel, I almost always have a Combo meter of 4. My ruiner instantly kills necro's with +20% ruiner dmg.
I go human max points down the right and my spiritual ruiner, and down the middle bio not taking +10% health at all.

I have a cyber/bioE and I generally have no problem with Hel. I went middle for the BioE part but maxed out fenrir and I went full on the left side for cyber. It seems like all of the other bio's I have played with prefer to use ranged attacks from cannons or rifles but I find you have to mix it up. I will always go ranged until they get closer and immediately switch to melee, slide-fierce-air-finisher attacks. I do not use ruiners for my attacks, only heals. I keep my shield spider up whenever possible.
I have no elite gear and the closest thing to cool gear I have is the lvl 49 2h fire sword from the weapons store.
Sure I will die a couple of times here and there, but it's usually because I forgot to set off my heal.
With Hel I have learned several things, do not use Fenrir until the last sequence. If you have, then just wait around in one of the other 2 areas before you advance. In the first 2 rooms blast the generators in the room all the while earning combo points by killing the mobs that spawn around you. Do not attack Hel until all the generators are cleared. Use your shield and heals until you are done with them.
After the generators are gone attack Hel, you will not beat her with ranged attacks as a BioE in the first 2 levels. Roll around as you move closer to her then use melee and slide attacks. Do not use ruiners, save the combo points for heals.
She will transport all over the place so look for purple smoke to guess where she is going and roll in that direction..... and just keep attacking her. My melee attacks are stronger than my cannon damage which is why I use melee, also I think Hel regenerates her health when she hits you with her laser thingy.
The last battle sequence is where fenrir comes in. You have to use Fenrir, you HAVE TO!!! Again do not use your ruiner attacks save the combo points for Hel. At this point you just roll around and beat her down. For my bioE, ranged attacks just didn't seem to do it. I have killed Hel a lot, I never die in the last sequence when I am fighting Hel, I only die with the other mobs. I love my bioE, once I get epic stuff then I will be happy

What is the purpose of destroying the generators?
I don't have any trouble defeating her I was just wondering the purpose of them being there. In most of Too Human there are a crap ton of breakable objects that don't have any signifigance at all, statues, blocks of ice, etc.
Hehe reminds me when I first fought GRNDL. I thought you had to drag him into the fire, whenever the coffins come and get burned up, lo and behold....nothing happened. That's when I realized that there's not really anything of important to the boss fights other than the Melee / Range stages they go through.

I'm Human/Middle and I rarely have trouble doing Helheim without dying (no red items).
When I get the tricky spawns, for example 2xNecros:
1) jump/roll/slide to where I will be doing the most of the fighting
2) Pop "I-Win" button (Y yes indeed)
3) Airslide + Ruiner on Necro (might need another hit or two)
4) Repeat step 1 & 3 for next Necro
If there are some Missile goblins I take them out first before popping spider and going center. After the necros go down I take my time and spend a lot of it in the air to preserve health, and shortly the spider will be ready again.
It's not the fastest way of killing mobs, but its nice and safe... said grandma

Destroying the generators weaken her so you hit for more in the first 2 rooms.
As far as not dying goes. I have pretty much the same build as the guy a couple of posts up has. I haven't died in quite a long time. My 2 epic charms are the toxin pool/necrosis (weapon) and the gravity/black hole (armor). My 2-hander also has 5% necrosis and 1% 2-handed status chance proc. It seems like everytime I'm in a big group of mobs, the necrosis always procs. Gravity field is always great when it procs. But as far as some pointers for you. The spider is definitely your friend. I always found the fierce attack helpful before I got these charms. Just roll back and fierce attack, rinse/repeat.
My suggestion to you is definitely get the necrosis charm for the weapon and grab a 2-hander. 2-hander proc chance is > 1-hander. Hope I've helped in some way. GL.
