I had a few questions about runes and skills from the skilltree.
Does a skill like armor bonus or twohanded damage raise the cap, is a bonus apart from cap, or is udner the same cap rules as a Rune. If that were the case, it would be a lot more efficient putting skills in something that has no rune, or has rare-er runes tied to that skill.
Same question with the armor thing at the end of the cyber tree.
Thanks.

From what I gather so far, and hopefully what you are asking, is it just adding that extra +10% onto whichever skill you put it in. Take the +10% 2-hand damage. It adds that percent without any cap penalties. So you could still add in the runes for 2-hand dmg in a slot until that caps.
So in other words, I think that they count as two seperate entities.
Hope I got it right, if not someone more knowledgable will correct hehe.

i was wondering something simliar. When you have your elite bio armor on you get a +2 to your battlecry on the right hand side of the tree, if you put 10 points into this skill will it give u a bonus = to if you had 12 points invested into it, or would it bring it up to 10 if your put 8 pts into it saving you two skill points to spend elsewhere.

For skills from the skill tree you can get up to +4 from items / set bonuses / elite charms.
Now to answer the other question. For example the 2 handed damage bonus skill from the center path gives you 10% more dmg at lvl 10 and more up to lvl 14. This is independant from stat modifiers via runes. So yes you can cap out 2hand dmg via runes, and lets say hammer dmg too AND still get the 2 handed dmg bonus from the skills. My bio with skills and runes is at like +50% dmg on his 2 handed hammer.
Hope this answers your questions, if not ask again and I will try to specify more.

does it act as +4 if the skill is allready at 10 though. Or would it make 6/10 a 10/10 with the +4

Can do both, max at 14 and add to existing points.
Skills max at level 14. It will say 10/10 +4. If you notice when you have 10/10 on a skill it will say next level: xxxxx. The skills go up to lvl 14.
Though what you are thinking is correct, take 2 points out of something to still get to 10. ( 8 points in a skill + 2 from items = skill level 10) Today I respeced some points out to get a few into the mind control skill on the left since my armor gives me a bonus to it + my 1 elite charm gives another point to it.
But yes skills can up to level 14 via runes / charms / set bonuses.
