Curious about Cyber Bio Dmg out put

Im considering rolling a cyber right path effect stacking bio eng and was curious about what kinda dmg im looking at. my main character for a good long while has been a champion so it would pain me to deck my bio eng. out and still be taking three times as long to kill mobs lol. My bio is really low level right now, so im just curious as too if his dmg will get "reasonable" after a while. Im not looking to one hit dark elves on the slide, but not need to take them to aeiral finishers 2-4 times would be nice :D.

also, does healing effectiveness add to your group skill regen rate skill at the top of the tree as well as your heal abilities?

It's not bad. If you have damaged maxed out you can kill a dark elf with a few air hits followed by a finisher. Final melee for a BioE (after all mods) with max 2H damage and a red 2H staff/hammer is ~3500.
