Cyber Bio Gear... Just unlucky?

I'm rounding 100 hrs playtime now and have only found the Staff so far. Thinking maybe I should go play another class? I love the Bio-Eng but the Cyber Bio gear seems to be broken for drops... maybe it's just my luck... 8O

I would say that it's probably a bit of luck, what's your loot chance at? It probably is already max'd, but if not, you should really try to get it to 15%. But hey, you could try another class - perhaps you could clear areas faster? I dunno, which would increase your drops per hour played and whatnot.. but then again, I'm not sure how well you would survive, so all those extra deaths might add up into lost time overall ;)

Yeah it seems to be a luck thing. Im cyber also and just got my third armor piece at close to 50 hours. If it helps I get most of my reds(armor, charms, runes) from doing 3-4 runs. I just load up 3-4 in private coop, work through to the conveyor belt and reload as soon as i finish the conveyor. The dark elf leaders seem to have a high loot table.

I got my last piece on a helheim run from the floating fat guys in the hidden area in the tower. Then in that same run I got the Human BE Helm, my partner was a champion! That should have been one from our sets! >_<

Yeah my loot chance is maxed. I have no clearing and survivability problems. I did a full Helheim run last night with zero deaths... 1 close call.. those undead shooters and tough! I did get an Asier orange piece from the dog thing can't recall the name.

I have a complete Weapon All Skills +1 charm for the vortex and the staff proc is fantastic for clearing and makes it almost effortless. I'm often standing around just watching things die by the venom pool.

I dunno I think I'll try a few more Helheim runs and if I don't get another piece to the set, give up and wait for the next part of the Trilogy.

yeah i'm at 90 hours as a human bio and i only have the gun which i got at the store.

and yes i have loot maxed out.

I don't think ANYONE has a full set of BioE gear.

I have 5/7 human Saint has 5/7 cyber. Not sure if anyone has more. Neither of us wear any of it. Actually check that I think people use the 2H cyber staff since the necrotize proc is good. I don't use the human BioE gun though, I use Tyr's carbine of Old, does more damage... the hybrid radius really isnt needed 95% of the time.
