Charm question

When you equip a charm with runes do you get the bonuses from those runes .. also when putting level 1 charm into level two charms do you get all the bonuses from the level 1 charms runes plus the level 1 charm bonus itself... And does it all cary over to level 3 charms?

nope, unfortunately you lose everything once its in the charm, they're worth it though, the level 3 ones are crazy.
so just put runes you dont plan on using in the charms.

Thanks for the reply man.. I thought it was like that because I was unable to detect any stat bonuses.... and now I am happy I got rid of all of those **** runes.

It's weird though, if you have a capped stat it won't let you put in a rune which would increase it further. Say I have strength capped and try putting a +# strength rune into the charm, it won't let me even though it's the right character of rune. At least that's what I have found anyway. Anyone else notice that? Why would it keep track of the +bonus before you put the rune in, if it doesn't actually do anything once it's in?

Are you sure it just isn't a low quality rune?

I've noticed a few times some of the charms won't utilize grey runes. =p

I have a question aswell.... im a commando so do charms with say...chance to freeze a target work with ranged wepons?

Fortunately we get the Metalstorm Epic Charm to work with. Richocet ftw! =p

Especially with the 30% penetration from the cyber tree. :D
