Anyone having problems with many achievements not activating

I'm a level 39 berserker halfway done my second playthrough and these simple achievements I still haven't received. Is anyone else having problems making it a problem with the game, or is it just me, making it a problem with the disk?

Chosen of the Aesir - Achieve Adept status.
First Step toward Destiny - Assign your first skill point.
Unrelenting Rage - Achieve a 100 hit combo. (I've reached almost 250 a few times and still nothing)
Show No Mercy - Defeat 25 enemies with a single Battle Cry. (I've easily killed over 100 with a single battle cry since I was using a 'Kill 100 goblins' rune to keep track)
Display of Power - Execute either a 2 in1 Juggle, Ruiner, Finisher, Slide, or Gunfire move. (Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but I'm sure that I do all of these all the time)
Death from Above - Kill 100 enemies with air combat. (This is juggling them in the air, then jumping and killing them, right? I do this all the time as well)
A Valorous Deed - Defeat a polarity enemy.
One God Enters, One God Leaves… - Complete 3 Secret Arena Battles. (I've beaten every one so far)
Blooded of the Aesir - Achieve Novice status (Level 5).

I don't know... The only one I've failed to achieve is activating all the wells, there has to be more than 18... And the guide only has 17 of them.

And I got the 25 enemies with one ruiner achievement without even hitting 25 at once, it unlocked someways into the Hall of Heroes. I didn't even think the ruiner radius was large enough to hit 25 at once that early.

Weird...I have unlocked all of those except Show No Mercy. Are you playing SP or MP. The only thing I can think of would be to start a new character and see if they unlock for them since this one seems cursed. On the Death from Above, Im a commando and I just got it from shooting stuff all the time, I assume a lot of my kills came from them being in air as they died.

I've only played single player so far.

I guess I'll just make a new character as I was going to eventually anyways and almost all those achievements shouldn't take long to complete at all.

That is odd that all of those are not working for you. The only ones people generally have trouble with is the no death ones.

Yeah, I pretty much only found people with problems with the no death achievements while searching on google.

I think the guide is wrong about the wells. I got the achievement replaying Hall of Heroes going into a well that I had gone into multiple times. I checked my Stats and had 20 wells activated at that point.

I'll have to check on the battlecry one.

I'm assuming that since battlecries do no DIRECT damage (at least for a champion) it means kill 25 enemies while your battlecry is up.

I think I have it.

Sitting at a 905 gamerscore for the game now, I know for sure I'm missing two unstoppable challenges, the 7500 item challenge, the all-well challenge... and a few others, I forget exactly.

What makes me laugh really hard is that the number one player on the enemy kill leaderboard doesn't have the 100 finisher achievement.

Seriously? You didn't get 100 finisher kills out of your 110k kills total?

The guide isn't wrong. There are a total of 18 wells. If you keep playing after you beat the game the first time it will increase the number of wells found because they stack.

I am having no problems at all. All of mine seem to be unlocking correctly.

Hahaha, maybe he's having a problem with that achievement activating.

I started a new character and got 5 of the achievements in under 5 minutes, so I guess they were complete but just not activating for some reason. All is well now.

On the wells there is a couple of them in the tree of live well you go in there are i think 5 doors each with a well, also i activated all the wells but on with a single player run and a mulit-run. But one of the wells i only did in mulit so when i went back through on single i hit the well and it gave me the achievement. Hope that helps.

Same thing just happened to me yesterday when I created my new character. I think that 'teammate' also includes the AI-controlled teammates in the game, and not just multiplayer mode.

I'm just having issues with "In the NORNS Favor." I know I've found all of the wells, but it still counts some, so I'm at around 23 or something. I'm starting a Champion, though, so I'll be sure to hit all the wells the first time through there and see if that helps.

I've had problems with both the Unstoppable achievements (just last night, as a matter of fact) as well as some others, like the Wells one. Despite what someone said earlier, the game doesn't count wells more times on subsequent playthroughs. It's just bugged in how many wells it counts and on what well it will give you the achievement (I got it on well 19 and have 20 wells activated on my stats screen).

Sadly, at this point it shouldn't be a surprise to anybody when something in the game is b0rked. The game is exceptionally buggy and I hope we get a patch to fix the many many issues soon.
