Favorite pre-order Armor Set

I thought it was great starting out with some sweet armor as the pre-order bonus. Even though it might not last that long for some people, I thought I'd throw it out there and see what everyone's favorite set was (assuming they are all the same, right, or do they vary between a couple??)

I'm a fan of my defender's set and the commando's helm. Champion's set is interesting... but I think I like it.

I really like the Defender one.... but that's the only one I have seen lol. The helm looks like the Valkyrie's one. It lasted me all the way through Grendl until I found a better one in the Cybernetic lab. Right now, I have the helm from the class select screen and some not-so-cool armour that looks like spandex, but it's the best I have, for now, so whatcha gonna do? As soon as I level up, I can change it with some blueprints I have though.

I'm still waiting for my Too Human to arrive (I'm in Iraq right now). I did get the pre-order armor set, but now I'm concerned. What did you mean when you said "even though it might not last that long for some people"? What's the point of the pre-ordered armor, if it goes away? I can only imagine that you must mean that there is destructable armor in this game, which kind of sucks, but I guess adds to the difficulty. Thank you for any response.

But seriously, the pre-order armor will be WELL worth it. You got the game for cheaper, faster! With no hassle and got some decent armor! What's not to love?!

I really like all of the armors. Not one really stood out. I was kinda sad to salvage them though.

for some reason, the defender helm almost reminds me of robocop :? either way, I like the commando preorder the best, just had to change the color a bit... and I thought the BE one just looked...goofy...

i have two pre order cards and havent used them yet. i figured that they would just be salvaged after the first level. and the dragon armor for defender is the S@$% anyways

PM me one mate ;D I never pre-ordered because i do not trust the Royal Mail getting it to me on the 29th! Also i prefer getting it put into my hand (Don't ask, just how i like to get my games, never pre-ordered anything ^^)

I like them all. The bio's helmet is a little odd though in my opinion.

well, the preorder armor seems to last (for me) an average of my first 8 to 10 character levels because they has reasonable defence, but mainly the bonuses that come with them specific to each character make taking on the first level feel about as hard as punching kittens.

Yup, I actually kept them for quite a few levels, too. Just for the fact that they looked sweet and they really were pretty good armor. And yes, to whomever asked about them going away... you just get better pieces, eventually. They last you way past level one though. :) The BE helm is cool just because it is weird, heh. I think Champion takes the cake for uniqueness, though - in my opinion. Thanks for all your input!
