I really hope this fight happens. It should be an amazing fight. I will be so angry if Mayweather runs for 12 rounds though, which has a super high % chance of happening. Paq can box with him and could just flat out put him to sleep if they stand and box or stand and trade.

The controversy with this fight is getting a little out of hand.. Pacman wants to sue now??
It really isn't looking that great for Pacman.. he denied to do the USADA testing, which happens to be the best drug testing in the world. I just don't believe that "scared of needles" crap; you get punched in the face for a living, suck it up.
That being said, FMJ wins this one with an 11 round KO.
:D

It isn't the needles he doesn't want blood testing in the one week before the fight. Any time before that is fine and directly after the fight is fine. He just doesn't like to have blood drawn too close to a fight because he is afraid it will weaken him, that is his excuse, not fear of needles.
There is no steroid that can go in your body and be out in 7 days so it is all arguing over nothing and they still would be under the same testing that they use in the NFL/MLB. It is all just pre-fight drama/hype to make people pay attention to a fight that is almost 4 months off still. Neither one of them is going to walk away from this fight with a payday this big attached to it.

Yeah, it would be pretty ridiculous for them to walk away; this will be the fight of the century, and one of the biggest of all time.
Who do you think will win?

FMJ will most likely win IMO. I hope he doesn't try to stretch it out too far and get knocked out. he can out box Pacman.

I really think this fight is a coin toss. I could see it stopping in 8-10 rounds with Mayweather losing but if it goes to the cards I have a hard time thinking that Paq would win in Vegas. It seems most fighters who go against Paquiao underestimate his power and Floyd isn't exactly known for his chin. He rarely gets hit. If Paq is fast enough to connect often then you never know what will happen.
Both are amazing fighters, I would rather see Paq win and truly stake the "best pound for pound fighter" argument down. I am not a Mayweather fan but I respect his ability. I just think he puts on boring fights far too often, mostly because he is much better than his opposition, but also because he would rather dance around for another 30 minutes than try to finish someone a lot of the time.

I certainly respect Pacman more, and would love to see him win.
There is definitely nothing that supports FMJ can take a punch, so you may be right Maaw, and Pacman could just knock him silly if he gets the timing down.

This should be an outstanding fight. I hope Pacman wins, because Floyd is a total douchebag. We'll see what happens though.

It really seems like Mayweather just didn't want to fight to me. Paq came down to 24 days before the fight and directly after it for blood tests but PBF wouldn't agree to it. There is no drug you can cycle on and off of in 24 days. This would have been the biggest fight ever and $40 million per fighter in purse. It is stupid.

I was afraid that would happen.. :( .. Really disapppointing. Mayweather has THIS year to take the fight or IMO he is not as great as he wants to be.. A great Champ takes the fight.. not this petty crap.

As if boxing wasn't dying fast enough. This fight and its buildup is going to turn any remaining boxing fans off to the point where they will quit watching too. I have a feeling this is all part of the "show" to hype the fight. All in all it will end up being hyped as the best fight ever then it will suck. I have faith that boxing can pull it off either in action or decision, even with these two fighters.

I am starting to think this fight will end up being a disappointment in any regard. Either it won't happen and I will be disappointed, it will be a 12 round fight with Paq chasing PBF who outpoints him for the win, or there will be a bad decision.
The only way I will be happy after this fight is if they actually exchange for a good chunk of the fight and Paquiao knocks him out, then PBF doesn't make excuses and just admits he got beat.
Not likely.

There seems to be more people hating on FMJ now... if that was possible.. haha.
In my opinion, this looks bad on Pac Man.. but I am pretty biased towards FMJ :D
