Because srsly these guys doesn't have a team since Barry Sanders I guess and year after year they came up with what looks like good drafts but then struggle a lot in the season. Last year they haven't won a single game. This year pfff again picked the best available QB, they have a good runner, good receivers and pufffff nothing.

I mean... what's wrong with the lions?? Any fans here?

Cheers!

They aren't going to go from 0-16 to good in a year. When your best WR and your QB go down with injuries and they are 2 of your few good players you are in trouble. They are much improved from last year when healthy though. They will come around, give them another year or two.

moving over to the sports section. We have an NFL thread in there too.

Yeah... I also like Kevin Smith, he's a good RB but seems that the offensive line is not helping him... but let's get things straight, Lions problems aren't new, I think that they had plenty time to rebuild the team through the past 5 years and nothing seems to change.

Disregard of all of what have been said, go Colts!! ;-)

Yeah but they finally got rid of Matt Millen. he has been their main problem for a long long time. Things should change now, they have been already since his departure.

Crap try being a Chiefs fan... Except for '97 and '04 first round playoff loses, other than that nothing.

I liked the acquisition of Matt Cassel, he's having a good chemistry with Bowe but the lack of a serious running game (poor L.J.) and the offensive line that's allowing lot's of sackes every game is not helping, not at all.

The defense needs a improvement as well but in this case I think it's more a matter of coaching than human resources on the field.

It could be worse, you could be a Titans fan this morning. That was the worst whooping I have ever seen in an NFL game. 59-0 in the snow, snow games are supposed to be low scoring. Brady threw 5 TDs in a 10 minute span in the 2nd quarter! That game could have been 70, 80m or more to 0 if the Pats had wanted it to be.

Go Loins,
Big fan for as long as i remaber. Dad has season tickits so me and 2 bothers share a seat. Long store short is there getting better. There draft was good there D sucks. Not from couching but from talent. Next draft I hope for d-line then corner then A-line. All 3 will start. Any way I could go on and on. GO loins 5/-11 would make my year.
The Qb and other weapons need to just play. Most inporntent play together and get to know how there team mates will react.

I'm a Colts fan so my disappointments are usually at the Playoffs against the Pats or the Chargers :(

Past playoff was so frustrating... Chargers punter really won the game imho
