Probably one of my top 5 favorite games ever. The insanity meter was great. Story was great.

Maybe we'll see a #2!? On the 360 would be great, Wii would be cool too.

Yes. As much as I like the Kain series, I think in terms of presentation and polish, Eternal Darkness is Silicon Knights' finest hour.

Probably not on 360. Someone in the last ED thread from before the site change reminded me that Nintendo owns the rights to the Insanity effects.

Actually, this isn't quite true.

Nintendo, and SK (Denis Dyack/ Henry Sterchi) hold the patent. If ED2 was to happen, Nintendo may have to approve, but all in all, DD and Henry from SK also own the patent for the insanity effects.

I don't see why SK wouldn't be able to use the patent, in this case.
