Aight dawg lissun up. I'm kidding im a white as snow white. So far i've had 3 meets, only one was outdoor. All times are FAT unless noted.

Goals: Get school record. Run 50 second 400m. brag to ****** senoir that im faster than he will ever be in any race.

Meet 1. 400 M dash=54.7
Meet 2. 400 M dash=54.2
Meet 3(outdoor). 400 M dash=51.9 which is a 51.66 after the FAT conversion. It is also the new school record.

As to the OT, the 400 was my least favorite race when I ran. I only had to run it a couple times, normally I did 55/200/4X200/300/Sprint Medley since we were only allowed 4 or 5 events per meet.

400m was always more fun in the 4x4 for me, but that's probably because I was a distance runner and the 4x4 was the last of the four events I had to run in a given meet, which meant I could eat/sleep/go home.
