I didnt mind it but I never really got into it. I did like the Dad though, he was always good to bring a laugh or two.

I watched the hell out of the show when it was new. But unlike signfield it didn't age well.

I always thought it was inferior to Cheers as a series. It was a decent show but Cheers is one of my all time favorite comedies. The writing on Frasier was pretty good, but like Milkman said, I think it ran out of steam as the seasons went on. The father was definitely the funniest aspect of that show for me. That and Niles' never seen but oh-so-intimidating waif of a wife.

Its average. If forced to watch it I wouldn't be that bothered. I rarely watched because I actually wanted to.

I don't tend to like comedy shows with 'canned laughter' because my sense of humour is bloody weird, so I laugh when the canned laughter isn't, and make a tit of myself.

I love it... always really enjoyed the psychology mixed with humor... Niles is my favorite.

I wouldn't say I liked it, but I also wouldn't say I disliked it. I would watch the syndicated episodes when they came on, hardly ever watched it new, though.

Hehe, good point. It's a live audience, though, as far as I know. The same goes for Married with Children, for example.

You're onto something, huh ;)

I haven't made my mind up yet. I've watched a couple of episodes and I think I liked them (I tend towards how Shane thinks about the series). That however (generally) is a matter of the mood one is in, I'd say. I liked them enough to get the relatively cheap 11 seasons box. I guess I'll let you know how thing end up at some point.

The series definatly had it's up's and down's.. It wasn't a show I sat down to watch, as I don't sit down to watch anything really.. It just happens to be on TV often here. It's a good way to waist a half hour because it can teach you things you may not have known about psychology.

Haha, I don't know... am I?? ;) ;)

But yeah, I never really formed a strong opinion either way... I've seen parts of some episodes here and there but rarely caught any consecutive ones so I have no idea what kind of stories played out or anything. I don't really watch TV at all, and when I do, I tend to get sucked into those true-life drama / comedy things that are horrible and yet addicitive. (The one about ppl getting their cars repossessed is my recent favorite. Terrible, but I watch it if it's on.)
